RomaAmoR Onlus

The RomAmoR Non-Profit Association started working in 2006 under the name “Quelli del quartiere” (the neighbourghood people) to help about 80 people who gravitated around the Roma Tuscolana railway station: homeless and elderly people, immigrants, disabled people, nomads, ex-cons, and poor people in general. Over time, this activity was also extended to the Roma Ostiense railway station. Currently, the Association prepares and distributes about 800 hot meals each week on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, sharing their work with the Catholic Parish Church of the Holy Body and Blood of Christ in via Narni and relying on a sizeable number of volunteers.
