A intense encounter, and at the same time operating, because Vanni presented to the mayor Baboun and to the other italian mayors, a trace of guidelines for a agreement and friendship with the city of Bethlehem; meanwhile Vera Baboun formally invited Rinaldo Vanni to represent these realities at the next summit for peace in Palestine which will be held in Ramallah on 23 and 24 November.

Vera Baboun in a speech said that peace is like an oil lamp that sheds light, more oil it contains  more light we can have. Our will, our ability to operate, even with small gestures, are the oil of this lamp and peace is in direct proportion to our will. “We need people who believe in bridges, our destiny. Our tragedy is that we live only between wall and not between bridges.” Bridges create peace and peace will light the harmony between peoples.

We are committed to exploring the possibilities and modalities of cooperation in the framework of our expertise and the full extent of our ability, we join forces for the development of the aims of the project “Harmony among People” with the intent to contribute to the strengthening of peace, brotherhood and solidarity between the peoples of the world.This is the promise that we sign today. “
