The situation is still serious, nevertheless the effort in order to find a way based on fraternity is happening, and these moments of dialoghe between politicians and citizens are transformed in actions taken to the brazilian parliament, as for example, the project suggested by the deputy Luiza Erundina, who organized a meeting in parliament with 30 deputies and a political scientist and wrote a document called “to deffend the brazilian people”.
