La delegaci\u00f3n estuvo integrada por Ana Clara Giovani, Juan Camilo Poveda y Chantal Grevin, de New Humanity NGO; Simona Geli, del Centro Internazionale Studenti Giorgio La Pira; y Fabio Mazzeo, de la Fundaci\u00f3n Igino Giordani. Durante una reuni\u00f3n de una hora con Aur\u00e9lie Derigaud-Choquette, el equipo comparti\u00f3 los resultados del proyecto, recibi\u00f3 devoluciones y explor\u00f3 posibilidades de colaboraci\u00f3n futura.<\/p>\n<p>M.E.D.I.T.erraNEW es una iniciativa internacional dedicada a la <strong>educaci\u00f3n no formal<\/strong> y al fortalecimiento de la inclusi\u00f3n, el di\u00e1logo intercultural y la ciudadan\u00eda activa entre j\u00f3venes, especialmente aquellos con antecedentes migratorios. Desarrollado de manera colaborativa por las organizaciones socias, re\u00fane m\u00f3dulos pedag\u00f3gicos, materiales de formaci\u00f3n, buenas pr\u00e1cticas e instrumentos pr\u00e1cticos para apoyar el empoderamiento juvenil, el liderazgo y la participaci\u00f3n activa. El toolkit refleja el compromiso compartido de los socios por ofrecer recursos concretos y basados en la experiencia que ayuden a quienes trabajan con j\u00f3venes a desenvolverse y fortalecer el aprendizaje intercultural.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; margin: 6.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;\"><span lang=\"ES-AR\">Este resultado se construy\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de un proceso gradual de aprendizaje mutuo. Las organizaciones socias mapearon sus pr\u00e1cticas educativas, compartieron experiencias durante encuentros de job shadowing y recibieron formaciones transversales para alinear enfoques. En conjunto, evaluaron c\u00f3mo los m\u00e9todos pod\u00edan adaptarse y replicarse en distintos contextos, los pusieron a prueba mediante experimentaci\u00f3n local en el territorio y evaluaron su capacidad generativa y su impacto a largo plazo. Este recorrido iterativo permiti\u00f3 que el toolkit emergiera como un recurso s\u00f3lido, coherente y verdaderamente colaborativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%; margin: 6.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;\"><span lang=\"ES-AR\">La presentaci\u00f3n final en la UNESCO reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de promover la colaboraci\u00f3n entre organizaciones de la sociedad civil e instituciones internacionales. Tambi\u00e9n puso de relieve oportunidades para continuar la cooperaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo a largo plazo de una red mediterr\u00e1nea dedicada a la educaci\u00f3n inclusiva.
