Gordon, en revanche, propose le Message-JE, qui d\u00e9place l\u2019attention sur mon \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Quand cela se produit, je me sens frustr\u00e9 parce que&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Quand je parle et que je sens que tu ne r\u00e9ponds pas, je me sens ignor\u00e9 et cela me fait de la peine.\u00a0\u00bb \u00ab\u00a0Cela m\u2019inqui\u00e8te de ne pas avoir ton soutien dans ce projet\u00a0\u00bb. Cela r\u00e9duit l\u2019attitude d\u00e9fensive et ouvre un dialogue constructif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des conflits sans perdants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Appliquer ces outils permet de cr\u00e9er des bases pour r\u00e9soudre les conflits sans gagnants ni perdants.
