La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation comprenait Ana Clara Giovani, Juan Camilo Poveda et Chantal Grevin, de New Humanity ONG ; Simona Geli, du Centro Internazionale Studenti Giorgio La Pira ; et Fabio Mazzeo, de la Fondation Igino Giordani. Lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union d\u2019une heure avec Aur\u00e9lie Derigaud-Choquette, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a partag\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats du projet, re\u00e7u des retours et explor\u00e9 des possibilit\u00e9s de collaboration future.<\/p>\n<p>M.E.D.I.T.erraNEW est une initiative internationale d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019\u00e9ducation non formelle<\/strong> et au renforcement de l\u2019inclusion, du dialogue interculturel et de la citoyennet\u00e9 active chez les jeunes, en particulier ceux issus de parcours migratoires. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re collaborative par les organisations partenaires, il rassemble des modules p\u00e9dagogiques, des supports de formation, des bonnes pratiques et des outils concrets pour soutenir l\u2019autonomisation des jeunes, le leadership et la participation active. Le toolkit refl\u00e8te l\u2019engagement commun des partenaires \u00e0 proposer des ressources concr\u00e8tes et fond\u00e9es sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, afin d\u2019accompagner les professionnels de la jeunesse dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019apprentissage interculturel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-AR\">Ce r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 \u00e0 travers un processus progressif d\u2019apprentissage mutuel. Les partenaires ont cartographi\u00e9 leurs pratiques \u00e9ducatives, partag\u00e9 leurs exp\u00e9riences lors de rencontres de job shadowing et b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de formations transversales pour harmoniser les approches. Ensemble, ils ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 comment les m\u00e9thodes pouvaient \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es et reproduites dans diff\u00e9rents contextes, les ont test\u00e9es \u00e0 travers des exp\u00e9rimentations locales sur le terrain et ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 leur capacit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rative ainsi que leur impact \u00e0 long terme. Ce parcours it\u00e9ratif a permis au toolkit d\u2019\u00e9merger comme une ressource solide, coh\u00e9rente et v\u00e9ritablement collaborative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-AR\">La pr\u00e9sentation finale \u00e0 l\u2019UNESCO a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019engagement en faveur de la collaboration entre les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et les institutions internationales. Elle a \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re des opportunit\u00e9s de coop\u00e9ration continue et le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 long terme d\u2019un r\u00e9seau m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation inclusive.
