This is the consideration reached by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedworldproject.org\/en\/autore\/tamara-pastorelli\/\">Tamara Pastorelli<\/a> at the end of the interview with Dr. Alcide di Sarra, an Italian scientist working at the Laboratory of Observations and Measurements for the Environment and Climate of ENEA (the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development).
