A delega\u00e7\u00e3o contou com Ana Clara Giovani, Juan Camilo Poveda e Chantal Grevin, da New Humanity NGO; Simona Geli, do Centro Internazionale Studenti Giorgio La Pira; e Fabio Mazzeo, da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Igino Giordani. Durante uma reuni\u00e3o de uma hora com Aur\u00e9lie Derigaud-Choquette, a equipe compartilhou os resultados do projeto, recebeu feedback e explorou possibilidades de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o futura.<\/p>\n<p>M.E.D.I.T.erraNEW \u00e9 uma iniciativa internacional dedicada \u00e0 <strong>educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal<\/strong> e ao fortalecimento da inclus\u00e3o, do di\u00e1logo intercultural e da cidadania ativa entre jovens, especialmente aqueles com hist\u00f3rico migrat\u00f3rio. Desenvolvido de forma colaborativa pelas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras, re\u00fane m\u00f3dulos pedag\u00f3gicos, materiais de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, boas pr\u00e1ticas e instrumentos pr\u00e1ticos para apoiar o empoderamento juvenil, a lideran\u00e7a e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa. O toolkit reflete o compromisso compartilhado dos parceiros em oferecer recursos concretos e baseados na experi\u00eancia, capazes de apoiar os profissionais no fortalecimento da aprendizagem intercultural.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-AR\">Esse resultado foi constru\u00eddo por meio de um processo gradual de aprendizagem m\u00fatua. As organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras mapearam suas pr\u00e1ticas educativas, compartilharam experi\u00eancias durante encontros de job shadowing e receberam forma\u00e7\u00f5es transversais para alinhar abordagens. Juntas, avaliaram como os m\u00e9todos poderiam ser adaptados e replicados em diferentes contextos, testaram-nos por meio de experimenta\u00e7\u00f5es locais no territ\u00f3rio e avaliaram sua capacidade gerativa e impacto de longo prazo. Esse percurso iterativo permitiu que o toolkit emergisse como um recurso s\u00f3lido, coerente e verdadeiramente colaborativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES-AR\">A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o final na UNESCO reafirmou o compromisso com a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil e institui\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais. Tamb\u00e9m destacou oportunidades para a continuidade da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e para o desenvolvimento de longo prazo de uma rede mediterr\u00e2nea dedicada \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva.
