In Fontem, Cameroon, a team of doctors, nurses and engineers reversed the infant mortality rate from 85% to 15% in 3 years and built power plants, viaducts, roads, schools, a college, a hospital and clinics.

Current Infant Mortality Rate is less than 5%.
