Encontra manos is a voluntary work that is part of the civil, educational and social association “Bajar a la calle” that seeks, in the encounter with poverty, the way to make a better world.
Volunteering is the central space of work, building communities that support, as a network, the people who participate in the Association, whatever their place in it.
They work in 22 communities, where they collaborate with school support, accompaniment services in communities of disabled children, visits to old people’s homes, always with the aim of generating relationships, and then providing services or collaborating in a concrete way.
In addition, this volunteering has the particularity of wanting to transform, in the first place, the heart of its volunteers, in order to generate real and deep changes in society.
